The publication, administered by Intellectual Asset Management magazine (IAM), combines an annual in-depth look at key IP licensing issues around the world with detailed research on leading patent and technology licensing lawyers in over 20 major jurisdictions - identifying which lawyers clients turn to when looking to ensure an effective and watertight licensing agreement.
The publication states: "David Wilkinson…has a broad IP practice and enjoys a particularly solid reputation for his work as a solicitor-advocate on the contentious side. He has also won acclaim from clients in the technology and pharmaceutical sectors for his ability to draft and negotiate complex patent and technology licensing agreements."
David was one of 27 lawyers listed in the UK, and one of only seven based outside London.
