Holiday pay and lost commission

Employees may be able to claim back lost commission, thanks to a European Court of Justice (ECH) ruling on holiday pay. Workers who receive performance related commission as part of their salary, should receive it in their holiday payments as well, and can claim holiday pay backdated over six years if the employer has failed to include commission.
