Stevens & Bolton LLP advises Fuller Smith and Turner P.L.C.

Stevens & Bolton LLP has advised Fuller’s on the acquisition of Cornish Orchards Limited for £3.8m, marking Fuller's entry into the premium cider market.

Michael Turner, Chairman of Fuller’s,  described Cornish Orchards’ flagship brand, Cornish Gold, as “a truly delicious, quality craft cider made from freshly pressed apples”.

Fuller Smith & Turner P.L.C. has shares listed on the London Stock Exchange and is London's last remaining traditional family brewer.  It also has an estate of over 360 pubs and bars, including six hotels and a number of pubs with accommodation.
