Stevens & Bolton LLP advises on acquisition of Lianda Business Services by Office Gold Limited

Stevens & Bolton LLP has advised Office Gold Limited on its acquisition of the business and assets of Lianda Business Services.

Lianda Business Services is an office supplies business based in West Byfleet, specialising in stationery products, as well as print management, furniture, office planning, computer consumables and janitorial products.

Office Gold is a dedicated total facilities services company to the corporate, aviation, educational and legal sectors and is one of the UK’s premier suppliers of office products ranging from consumables and furniture to FM supplies, educational supplies, catering and alcohol supplies to Executive Lounges and managed print solutions.
