Stevens & Bolton LLP has advised the management team of Volution Group Ltd, the U.K. ventilation and heat recovery company, on its buyout by TowerBrook Capital Partners LP from AC Capital UK LLP.
TowerBrook Capital Partners LP, an international investment management firm based in both Europe and the US, believes the acquisition of Volution presents an ideal platform for future growth and consolidation within the highly fragmented European ventilation market.
