Stevens & Bolton LLP has advised Westbrook International plc, a provider of professional services and solutions to optimise the power of cloud computing, (“Westbrook”) on its acquisition of Adapti bvba, a cloud computing specialist in the Benelux. The acquisition was completed in April 2012.
