Stevens & Bolton LLP has advised the management team of Thesis Asset Management plc on its £47 million sale to newly incorporated Regit Bidco Limited.

We received the highest level of service from Stevens & Bolton, they are very strong technically and negotiated expertly for us as the management team to achieve an excellent result. Jenny Robertson and Oscar Horwich were hardworking and provided commercial and timely advice, which was invaluable in helping us through the process. I would recommend Stevens & Bolton to any other management team looking at private equity investment.”
