Stevens & Bolton LLP's Cate Davey & Valerie Fogleman have been invited to speak to Surrey Contaminated Land Officers at a meeting on 11 June. Cate will be speaking on the interface between the planning and contaminated land regimes; Valerie on the Environmental Damage Regulations.
Internationally, Valerie will be speaking on the Environmental Liability Directive at the 12th European Captive Insurance Rendezvous, on 17 June in Luxembourg. This conference is the largest alternative risk transfer event in Europe, with over 200 attendees.
Cate will also be speaking at an event in London in July, for South East local authority lawyers, planners and CLOs organised by LACORS (the Local Authorities Coordinators of Regulatory Services) the central body responsible for overseeing local authority regulatory and related services in the UK.
