Stevens & Bolton LLP has been advising The Car Finance Company in relation to the restructuring of its balance sheet, which successfully completed at the end of October. The restructuring involved securing the continued support and funding from the company’s principal finance providers.
The Car Finance Company is FCA-regulated and provides car finance to consumers who find it difficult to obtain credit from more mainstream lenders.
