Stevens & Bolton LLP has advised the management team of south-east nursery group ICP Nurseries on their recent acquisition of Friends Private Day Nursery Limited and St. Ives Nursery Limited.
ICP Nurseries currently operate nine nurseries in London and the South East, which look after over 400 children from 0 to 5 years of age. These two new acquisitions add to their expanding high-quality nursery group.
Stevens & Bolton has previously acted for ICP Nurseries Limited in connection with three other acquisitions; Childcare 4U (Marlow and Beaconsfield), Little Monkey’s Nursery (Windsor and Windsor Park) and the Old Barn Day Nursery and Pre-School (Banstead).
