Partner Beverley Flynn, has been invited to speak at a seminar in Italy in November 2013. The seminar titled “International expansion of pharmaceutical and medical companies”, will provide advice and guidance to small and medium sized businesses, looking to expand into the major European markets.
Beverley will be speaking on the specific regulatory requirements that are necessary to sell medical devices and pharmaceutical products in various European jurisdictions, along with looking at both the advantages and obstacles that a life science company might face in these jurisdictions.
Beverley has much experience working with pharmaceutical, life science, generic and manufacturing businesses and leads the firm’s data protection practice advising on international transfers, data protection policies and subject access requests and other data issues, such as freedom of information issues. She is listed as a notable practitioner in the 2014 Chambers UK legal directory.
