Stevens & Bolton LLP’s environmental liability expert, Valerie Fogleman, has completed a study on the analysis of integrating the Environmental Liability Directive (ELD) into the national legal frameworks of 11 Member States.
The final report for the study, prepared for the European Commission, has recently been published. It updates and revises the legal analysis from a previous study, “Implementation Challenges and Obstacles of the ELD”, by BIO Intelligence Service (which Valerie was also involved with), published back in May 2013.
