Stevens & Bolton LLP is pleased to have acted for longstanding client, specialist insurance broker Stackhouse Poland, on numerous transactions this year as Stackhouse Poland continues on its growth journey.
Stackhouse Poland is an award winning top 10 independent insurance broker in the UK. It is a management-owned company that was established in 1974 and specialises in providing tailored insurance solutions in the following sectors; Private Client Insurance; Commercial; Community; and Health & Protection.
In addition to advising Stackhouse Poland on its refinancing earlier this year, Stevens & Bolton has acted for Stackhouse Poland in connection with three acquisitions; Lucas Fettes, E Coleman & Co and Quantum Underwriting Solutions.
