Stevens & Bolton acted for long standing client the University of Surrey on an agreement to build a new veterinarian facility for supervet Noel Fitzpatrick of Fitzpatrick Referrals Oncology and Soft Tissue Limited at the Surrey Research Park in Guildford.
Once the specialist building has been completed by the University, the Supervet will take a 15 year lease of the new premises in a deal which has a build value of £4m and a lease value of £6m.

The new series of Supervet is currently showing on Channel 4.
