Alice advises on a full range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, leasehold management, development and real estate finance.
Alice joined Stevens & Bolton in 2016 having trained and worked at an international law firm.
Alice's expertise includes acting for clients on the purchasing and selling of investment properties, as well as general management matters (acting for landlords and tenants, including institutional investors and corporate occupiers). Since joining Stevens & Bolton, Alice has also been able to gain experience in acting for developers and expand her knowledge of transactions involving primary care premises.
She particularly enjoys assisting companies with their space requirements and is adept at breaking down complex legal concepts into understandable terms.
Recent highlights include:
- Advising a fund on the acquisition of a portfolio of 10 medical centres
- Acting for a property investor purchasing the freehold of a £16m aparthotel and retail property in Hatton Garden, London
- Acting for a property investor in the refinancing of part of its property portfolio for approximately £30m
- Advising a London developer on the acquisition of multiple sites for residential and commercial development
