Anna trained at Clifford Chance LLP, qualifying into their Insolvency and Restructuring department in 2009. In 2014, she joined the Insolvency and Litigation department at Maples and Calder in the Cayman Islands. Anna joined Stevens & Bolton in September 2017.
Anna advises on all aspects of domestic and cross border insolvency and restructuring issues, in particular, consensual and non-consensual restructurings (including by way of scheme of arrangement), liquidations, receiverships, administrations (including pre-packaged administration sales) and security enforcement. Anna has experience advising all key stakeholders in financially distressed circumstances including banks, insolvency practitioners, directors, bondholders, investors and funds on both contentious and non-contentious matters.
Anna is a member of R3 (the association of business recovery professionals).
