Henry studied history at the University of Leeds, before converting to law. He joined Stevens & Bolton LLP as a trainee in 2012 and qualified in September 2014.
Henry advises on a wide range of intellectual property law including disputes relating to trade marks, copyright, patents, design rights and confidential information. He also has experience advising on defamation and internet and domain name issues, and has acted for clients in both the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court and High Court. In addition to his contentious work, Henry advises on various transactional matters including IP licensing and restructuring and IP aspects of corporate transactions.
Henry is a specialist in the firm’s Technology and Media and Entrepreneur sector groups and regularly writes technology and media-focused IP articles for the likes of Intellectual Property Magazine, TechRadar and Music Week. He is a member of TIPLO and AIPPI and is currently undertaking the Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law and Practice with the University of Oxford.
