Juliette joined Stevens & Bolton as an associate in November 2016 after completing her Masters of Law specialising in International Dispute Resolution at King’s College, London. Previous to this, Juliette trained at Minter Ellison in Australia and qualified in 2013.
Juliette advises on a wide range of contentious landlord and tenant disputes, including business lease renewals, dilapidations and break rights. She also advises on issues relating to real property, such as easements and boundaries, including adverse possession claims.
Her experience also includes advising on the insolvency aspects of property disputes and acting for franchisors in franchise disputes.
