Kayleigh joined Stevens & Bolton LLP in April 2017 from Charles Russell Speechlys LLP. Kayleigh trained at Berrymans Lace Mawer (now BLM), qualifying in 2011.
Kayleigh specialises in contentious and non-contentious construction law matters.
Kayleigh advises clients on dispute avoidance and dispute resolution. She also provides legal, commercial and practical advice as construction projects progress.
Her contentious practice includes litigation in the Technology and Construction Court, adjudication, arbitration, expert determination, and alternative dispute resolution.
Kayleigh’s non-contentious experience includes drafting, advising on, and negotiating terms and conditions for construction documentation (including building contracts, professional appointments, collateral warranties). Kayleigh has experience of advising high net worth private clients, developers, contractors and consultants on contract documentation for fit-out, refurbishment and construction projects. Kayleigh also has experience in the healthcare industry.
Kayleigh has successfully completed the Higher Rights of Audience. She is on the SCL Astra sub-committee and regularly attends events within the construction law industry.
