Kerry advises clients on a range of commercial real estate transactions spread across a variety of sectors including industrial and logistics, investment properties, office spaces and real estate finance.
Kerry joined Stevens & Bolton in 2023, having previously worked at other firms in the South East.
Kerry has experience of acting for both landlords and tenants in the letting of commercial property, assisting both corporate occupiers and investors on acquisitions and disposals, and advising lenders and borrowers in connection with real estate finance transactions. She also supports on the real estate aspects of corporate transactions.
Recent highlights include:
- Assisting an investor client on the acquisition of a freehold property located in central London, subject to occupational tenancies for £19.5m
- Advising a car manufacturer on its letting of a newly constructed 40,000 sq ft industrial property
- Advising a challenger bank on the grant of a number of facilities over various commercial properties
- Acting for a care home company on the acquisition of multiple properties for use as residential homes for young people with additional needs
- Acting for a commercial property investor on the acquisition of multiple leasehold sites for the location of digital advertising hoardings
