Matt advises UK and international individuals, families and trustees on a range of tax and estate planning matters.
Matt qualified as a solicitor in 2014. He joined Stevens & Bolton in 2015.
Matt’s work includes the creation of wills, trusts and lasting powers of attorney, and advising on related tax, wealth structuring and succession issues both in a personal and business context. He also advises on probate and estate administration. Matt is recognised for his trusts work and oversees a number of family trusts. Matt enjoys working alongside other advisers to secure the best outcome for the client.
Matt’s ability to understand his clients’ objectives and explain solutions clearly is a real asset to clients.
Matt established Stevens & Bolton’s “Link & Learn” programme, which supports the firm’s clients by strengthening relationships and facilitating knowledge sharing across the firm.
Matt is recognised as a key lawyer in The Legal 500 and has been ranked as an “Associate to Watch” in Chambers HNW. He was also named in the 2021 eprivateclient Top 35 Under 35 listing and was awarded Lawyer of the Year in the Senior/Managing Associate category at the 2021 Citywealth Future Leaders Awards.
