Meg’s expertise includes M&A, private equity transactions and investments, corporate restructurings and general company law matters. She has acted for established businesses, start-ups and individuals across a number of sectors, including technology and education.
Meg read law at Cardiff University and completed her LPC at the University of Law in Reading, achieving a distinction.
