Nyasha has broad expertise in business immigration law having advised on and managed immigration matters for a range of commercial clients including multinational corporates.
Nyasha joined Stevens & Bolton in October 2017 having previously worked at a number of regional firms.
Nyasha advises on sponsor licence applications, sponsor licence maintenance, Home Office audit compliance and permission to enter and permission to stay applications under the Skilled Worker and Senior or Specialist Worker routes. Her experience also includes applications for any dependants applying at the same time under various immigration routes.
Her work also consists of advising individuals on a range of immigration applications such as spouse or unmarried partner, ancestry, indefinite leave to remain, naturalisation/registration under British nationality law and long residence applications.
Nyasha is an active member of the Immigration Law Practitioners’ Association.
