Saad provides specialist commercial law, technology and data protection advice to clients operating within the insurance sector, including intermediaries, insurers and service providers.
Saad joined Stevens & Bolton in 2023, after training, qualifying and working in the commercial team at a global insurance brokerage firm.
Saad has worked on a variety of insurance related contracts and has experience negotiating with brokers, insurers and suppliers. Saad also assists clients operating in other sectors including sports and technology.
Recent highlights include:
- Advising a specialist travel insurance broker on its affinity partnership arrangements with various high street brands
- Advising a large global intermediary on its terms of business agreements with insurers and other brokers
- Advising on sponsorship agreements, supplier agreements (including for a large sporting event), technology platform arrangements and other commercial contracts
