Sarah delivers specialist technical support to the employment team.
She trained with a large City firm and then worked at a leading employment practice in London. She joined Stevens & Bolton in 2011, advising clients on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, before becoming a professional support lawyer in 2020.
Sarah’s practising experience includes advising on the employment aspects of corporate acquisitions and disposals, and on restructurings, reorganisations and large-scale redundancies. She is experienced in dealing with a variety of employment tribunal claims, and in advising individuals on pursuing grievances and bringing tribunal claims. Sarah frequently negotiated termination packages and settlement agreements.
As a senior knowledge lawyer, Sarah helps to develop the practice of the employment team, manages the team’s know-how and precedents, and helps deliver its training programme.
