Sarah trained with a large City firm and then worked at a leading employment practice in London. She joined Stevens & Bolton LLP in 2011.
Sarah advises on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. She advises on the employment aspects of corporate acquisitions and disposals, and on restructurings, reorganisations and large-scale redundancies.
Sarah is experienced in dealing with a variety of Employment Tribunal claims, including unfair dismissal, discrimination and breach of contract.
She also advises individuals on pursuing grievances and bringing Tribunal claims, and negotiates termination packages and settlement agreements.
