We act for both sellers and buyers in relation to breach of warranty and tax claims, and we also advise on expert determination procedures where the parties have chosen to incorporate them.
We regularly advise in relation to claims by or against fellow shareholders, including minority shareholder claims, and claims against directors. Where possible, however, we will provide advice on disputes concerning business ownership as they are emerging in order to minimise the risk of claims.
