Rachel is an approachable and conscientious lawyer.

Since joining Stevens & Bolton from a specialist technology, media and telecommunications law firm, she has worked with clients across various sectors, including the technology, insurance, and pharmaceuticals sectors.

An analytical thinker, Rachel strives to understand her clients’ objectives in order to work towards securing robust contractual arrangements that help them achieve the results they want to see in practice.

  • Worked with a telecommunications provider to prepare its business and consumer standard terms and conditions and relevant policies, and negotiating a range of its supply side contracts;
  • Advised a telecommunications provider on its compliance with regulatory requirements;
  • Assisted on a number of due diligence exercises in relation to share sale and purchase deals, including reviewing and reporting on supplier and customer contracts, and regulatory compliance matters;
  • Prepared a template manufacturing and collaboration agreement for a well-known clothing brand;
  • Assisted a SaaS provider in combining its technical integrator and re-seller contract;
  • Drafted and negotiated an offshore outsourcing agreement for support services.

Admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand 2019.
