In this real estate and construction focused workshop, we will address the common issues facing parties involved in the development, letting and construction of commercial premises. The workshop will explore the key risks in negotiating agreements for lease, procuring and executing building and fit-out works and exiting a lease, and how these can be effectively managed. By working through practical examples, attendees will leave with knowledge which will benefit their business, as well as an understanding of the commercial drivers of other involved parties.
