England and Wales v the rest of the world - which jurisdiction will reign supreme in the battle for international dispute resolution prominence?
As part of Stevens & Bolton’s ongoing commitment to excellence in international dispute resolution, we are conducting a market research exercise to gather insights on the effectiveness of litigation in the courts of England and Wales.
This exercise, comprising a survey and numerous interviews, aims to gather valuable insights from both legal and non-legal professionals to better assess the challenges that England and Wales faces as a jurisdiction, and to identify areas for improvement to maintain its position as a leading centre for dispute resolution. We will then use the findings to publish a comprehensive report containing data, trends, and commentary, which we will share with all respondents.
