Stevens & Bolton LLP has advised Volution Group plc on their acquisition of NVA Services Limited, trading and National Ventilation and Airtech, for an undisclosed sum.
Crawley based Volution Group is a leading supplier of ventilation products to the residential and commercial construction market, whilst NVA Services Limited is both a supplier and installer of ventilation produced for residential and commercial applications.
