Stevens & Bolton LLP has advised on the agreed sale of the entire issued share capital of The Logic Group Holdings Limited to Barclaycard, the global payments business of Barclays. Subject to competition authority approval, it is expected that the transaction will be completed in the fourth quarter of 2014.
With offices in the UK and Spain, The Logic Group is a leading payment and loyalty specialist business managing significant volumes of payment transactions and pan-European member-based loyalty schemes.
