The Stevens & Bolton corporate team has advised Tetra Consulting Limited (Tetra) on its significant investment by CBPE Capital (CBPE), who have taken a majority stake investing alongside the management team.
Tetra is a market-leading provider of property risk management services and software. Founded in 1998 and headquartered in London, Tetra provides expert advice and training to the UK’s largest managing agents and property owners across health and safety, fire, building safety, water and asbestos. The business operates nationally through its team of fully employed consultants and now employs over 200 people across the UK, assisting customers with its proprietary risk management platform, PRISM, which is a cloud-based solution used to manage regulatory requirements and streamline property management workflows.
