Deal news: Advising Zenitech on its investment from Sovereign Capital Partners

Stevens & Bolton has advised on the sale of the entire issued share capital of proptech company Starberry Ltd to epropservices.

Starberry, a digital marketing agency working with estate agents, property developers and proptech companies has joined forces with the epropservices group, the parent company of The Guild of Property Professionals and Fine & Country, backed by Toscafund.

The acquisition will help to achieve the combined vision of delivering local and international residential agents a platform providing outstanding lead generation tools and digital solutions.
