Magna Carta Commemoration: Stevens & Bolton help lead school assembly

Last Friday, Dan Baker and Kat Walter from Stevens & Bolton LLP visited local school, Tanbridge House School, to talk to students as part of a scheme organised by the Access to Justice Foundation and the Junior Lawyers Division of the Law Society.

The session involved meeting with students and leading an assembly in front of 11-16 year olds, where Dan (a former student at the School) and Kat talked about the Magna Carta, the importance of the rule of law and shared tips to students considering a legal career.

The scheme commemorates the 800th anniversary of the Magna Carta and aims to encourage and inspire young people to consider pursuing careers in law.
