Stevens & Bolton named one of The Sunday Times' National Best Companies to Work For

Stevens & Bolton has once again been recognised as one of the UK’s best employers by the Sunday Times’ 100 Best Companies to Work For survey. 

Marking the second year the firm has been ranked, Stevens & Bolton trumped its 2016 score and has been recognised as an ‘outstanding’ employer with a two star accreditation. The firm is one of only seven law firms to be awarded with two stars.

The star-style rating system acknowledges organisations that show high levels of employee engagement, fulfilment and staff motivation. A total of 768 companies in the category of small companies were surveyed this year and the firm is one of 250 who have been accredited with two stars.

Responses were highly positive across the eight key areas surveyed, including My Company, My Manager, Leadership. Particular highlights include:
• 85% of employees feel proud to work for the firm
• 88% of employees believe the firm provides a great service to its clients
• 75% of employees have confidence in the leadership skills of their managers
• 77% love working for Stevens & Bolton
