Stevens & Bolton LLP has advised ACC Aviation on its acquisition of Dubai based aviation consultancy firm Aerotask, to support its ongoing expansion into Asia, Africa and the US.
Recognised in the Sunday Times as one of the UK’s fastest growing international sales businesses, ACC Aviation, backed by YFM Equity Partners, is one of the leading aviation service providers within the global leasing, charter and aviation service sectors.
The acquisition of Aerotask will complement its existing capabilities, bringing additional customer and geographic diversification along with asset management and advisory expertise.
