Having acted on the original LDC investment, Stevens & Bolton acted for LDC and other key management in the sale of Microlease to Electro Rent Corporation of California, a portfolio company of Platinum Equity. Stevens & Bolton advised on the share purchase and equity terms in addition to advising on cancellation of options and required the co-ordination of legal advice in the United States, France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Poland, Hong Kong, India and Singapore.
Both organisations are leading providers of new and used electronic test equipment for rent, lease or purchase and combined can serve customers better through a significantly expanded equipment fleet and stronger geographical coverage.
