UK independent law firm Stevens & Bolton has announced the appointment of Laura Walliss as its first Responsible Business Manager, underlining the firm’s ongoing commitment to making a positive impact on its people, the local community and the environment.
The newly created role will sit at the heart of the business, working closely with senior management and stakeholders across the firm to shape and deliver Stevens & Bolton’s responsible business vision and strategy. Building on the excellent work of dedicated volunteer teams who have spearheaded the firm’s efforts in this area until now, Laura will lead in coordinating and driving forward key initiatives to ensure they deliver maximum value for its people, clients and the community.
Laura joined Stevens & Bolton in 2016 as a Senior Knowledge Lawyer in the private client team, where she has played a significant role in shaping and delivering the team’s strategic aims while providing technical expertise and training. She brings a longstanding passion for responsible business and a deep understanding of the firm’s culture and values.
