Stevens & Bolton LLP advised Lloyds TSB Bank plc on the provision of £32,500,000 term and revolving credit facilities to the Lockton group.
Lockton is the world's largest, privately owned, independent insurance broker operating from 61 offices in the United States, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East and Asia.
