Stevens & Bolton LLP advises on EPI Group MBO

Stevens & Bolton LLP has advised the sellers and management team of seismic consultancy firm EPI on its management buyout funded by private equity firm Palatine.

The EPI Group provides consultancy services to the energy industry. Their specialist capabilities, experience and expertise add significant value to their client’s oil and gas exploration programs. EPI’s management team has delivered significant growth in recent years, increasing revenues from £9m in 2009 to £24m in the current financial year. In doing so EPI has become the world’s second largest operator in its market place.
