Stevens & Bolton LLP has advised the shareholders of Thirty Three on its sale to Capita.
Thirty Three is an award winning employer branding agency with 104 staff in London and Bristol and high profile clients including AXA, EDF Energy and Deutsche Bank. The deal creates exciting growth opportunities by combining Thirty Three’s creative communications expertise with Capita’s broader range of resourcing services.
