Stevens & Bolton LLP announces new prominent lateral hire

Stevens & Bolton LLP has today announced the appointment of head of charities, Alison Maclennan.
Alison was previously head of charity law at Harbottle & Lewis, and before that spent 12 years practising as a barrister at Radcliffe Chambers (formerly 11 Old Square), acting for charities in a litigious and advisory capacity.
Alison is also a member of the executive committee of the Charity Law Association and has written a number of key texts on the subject of charity and philanthropic law.
Alison will provide advice across all areas of both corporate and personal charity law and her appointment will bolster Stevens & Bolton’s market-leading corporate and private client departments.
