Claire is an experienced senior knowledge lawyer, providing specialist technical and practical legal support to the corporate practice. She helps to manage and develop the team’s know-how and precedents and promotes efficiencies through legal technologies and process management. Claire also helps to design and deliver the corporate training programme.
Claire joined Stevens & Bolton as a PSL in 2016, having qualified at a City law firm in 2010 where she advised on all areas of company law including sales and acquisitions, joint venture agreements, reductions of capital, share buybacks and reorganisations. Claire also has financial regulatory experience, having spent nine months on secondment to the financial crime compliance team of a major US bank.
Claire has written articles for a number of publications and regularly authors updates on topical corporate matters and legal developments.
