Emily is a second-year trainee solicitor currently sitting in the employment, pensions and immigration team.
In her first seat, Emily sat with the family team, assisting on a broad spectrum of family law matters including divorce, financial matters arising on relationship breakdown, pre-nuptial agreements and issues relating to the care of children.
Emily’s second seat was intellectual property, where she provided support on ownership of intellectual property and licensing agreements along with disputes relating to trade marks, passing off, design rights, copyright and confidential information.
Prior to joining Stevens & Bolton, Emily read Biomedical Science at St George’s Hospital Medical School, University of London, graduating in 2017, and undertook the GDL and LPC at the University of Law in Guildford. Emily also worked as a paralegal in the firm’s corporate team prior to commencing her training contract.
