Emily advises clients on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
Emily joined Stevens & Bolton as a trainee in 2018 and qualified into the employment and immigration practice in 2020.
Emily’s experience includes drafting and negotiating employment contracts, service agreements, settlement agreements and employment policies. Emily also provides advice to HR professionals and in-house counsel on a broad range of employment law issues, including termination of employment and redundancy processes and has experience in defending a variety of employment tribunal claims, including unfair dismissal, discrimination and breach of contract claims.
Emily also advises on the employment and immigration aspects of corporate acquisitions and disposals and has broad expertise in business immigration law, having advised a range of businesses on immigration matters. In relation to immigration, she advises on a range of matters, including obtaining sponsor licences, sponsor compliance and assisting with a range of immigration applications, including skilled worker, spouse and naturalisation applications.
