Hannah advises on many areas of family law including divorce/dissolution, related financial matters, arrangements for children and cohabitee disputes.
Hannah joined Stevens & Bolton in April 2023 from a regional firm where she trained and qualified in 2022.
Hannah has experience in mid to high value divorces, including cases with international assets and complex financial proceedings. Hannah has assisted on various private children disputes, ranging from daily living arrangements to international relocation cases. She has dealt with cohabitee disputes and has drafted cohabitation agreements, separation agreements and pre/post-nuptial agreements.
As an active member of Resolution, Hannah is committed to resolving disputes in a discreet, amicable and conciliatory manner, and will consider alternative dispute resolution methods, such as arbitration, mediation and round-table meetings as constructive alternatives to the court process.
