Jonathan advises on all aspects of both contentious and non-contentious construction law.
Prior to joining Stevens & Bolton in 2021, Jonathan trained at a leading national firm in Oxford and qualified in March 2021. He has experience in-house at a real estate investment, development and management firm in London.
Jonathan’s experience includes advising clients in formal dispute resolution, including adjudication and arbitration. He also has experience in drafting and negotiating a broad range of construction documentation including building contracts, professional appointments and collateral warranties.
He acts for a wide range of clients including employers, contractors and consultants. He has acted for all users of construction services from private individuals to large international corporations.
