Kate advises on all aspects of family law with a focus on resolving disputes in a conciliatory and non-confrontational manner where possible.
Kate joined Stevens & Bolton in July 2018 having trained with a regional firm in Reading. She qualified as a solicitor in October 2016.
Kate has experience in advising on a broad spectrum of family law matters including divorce, financial matters arising on relationship breakdown, pre-nuptial agreements and issues relating to the care of children. She has dealt with a number of cases where there have been capacity issues with one of the parties.
Kate is an active member of Resolution, a national body of family lawyers committed to the constructive resolution of family disputes. Kate is also a committee member for the Surrey Junior Lawyers’ Division.
