Katie joined Stevens & Bolton in 2025 from an international law firm.
Katie advises clients on both sell-side and buy-side mergers and acquisitions, advisory work, restructurings and equity investments. Katie has experience working across a variety of sectors, including early years education, fintech, IT, and fashion and luxury.
Katie adopts a collaborative and responsive approach to transactions to foster strong client relationships and reach pragmatic solutions.
Recent highlights include:
- Advising on the restructuring of 20 IT distribution companies and assisting with the multi-hundred-million-pound share sale to a global player in the IT sector
- Advising, alongside overseas legal advisors, on the acquisition of a group of IT companies based in the UK and Germany worth £31m
- Acting for the sellers of a leading cyber security services specialist on the sale to a private equity firm as part of growth plans to strengthen the company’s services
- Providing corporate advice on an asset-based re-financing for a British luxury mattress manufacturer
- Advising a food manufacturer on the exit of several angel investors from its business
- Advising individual shareholders on the sale of two nurseries in Greater London
