Oliver qualified in 2010, joining Stevens & Bolton LLP in 2013 from DWF LLP. His experience covers drafting, advising on and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, including manufacturing agreements, IP licences, IT agreements, procurement contracts, website terms, supply and distribution agreements and general terms and conditions for the supply of goods/services.
Oliver advises clients operating in a variety of industries and has a particular interest in IT and procurement. His experience in procurement includes working with businesses on long term supply and purchasing agreements, contract manufacture agreements, logistics and warehousing agreements, outsourcing agreements and intra-group arrangements and he regularly advises on supply chain issues such as commercial agency, retention of title and payment practices as well as data processing. He has experience of working in-house on secondment with a large food manufacturer as well as various virtual secondments and client projects.
Oliver participates in our seminar programme and client training sessions, is a member of the Society for Computers & Law and is recommended in The Legal 500 as an up-and-coming next generation lawyer.
